This month I have been busy connecting with a handful of lovely Sales Directors from some upcoming (and soon to be much-adored) resorts🌊
These include the lovely Tracy from Mandarin Oriental Canouan, Matina Argyriou Director of Sales for Conrad Hotels & Resorts, JB from One&Only Resorts, Andrea from Ikos and George from Forte Village; just to name a few✨
Each of these brands are boasting something new and exotic, spanning from all over the globe, but I must say one in particular caught my eye.
Over coffee I deep dived into the new Conrad property opening in Corfu, which I think will certainly appeal to all my clients. With stunning décor, heated pools, beachfront location, padel courts, an outdoor cinema and just a 20-minute walk to the local village- what’s not to love?💛
I also learnt more about the enticing One&Only Moonlight Basin, Montana- here you will find yourself in cinematic landscapes and rustic wilderness, all just 90 minutes from New York City🐎
Ikos was next on the list as I heard all the upcoming excitement gracing their lavish properties, including enhancements to their Deluxe Collection and the opening of Ikos Kissamos of course!🥂
Alongside this, I enjoyed some additional training on Switzerland, America, Turks & Caicos and some unique properties spanning across the globe- so if a skiing break amongst some picture-perfect peaks are on your bucket list, or you just fancy some beach bliss- I would love to share my top recommendations🌄

Last month whilst on my Grecian travels I managed to get a glimpse at the Elounda properties. After having lunch with Ilias- one of the Directors from the Elounda Collection, back home in the UK, I knew I needed to see their luxuries for myself🇬🇷
These properties include, Elounda Peninsula, Porto Elounda & Elounda Mare and are wonderful family properties, always striving to improve facilities for guests. Now I’ve spent the day amongst their trademark service, I am happy to report back they do not disappoint!🌟
We spent the day at the Elounda Peninsula in one of their stunning villas, which has steps leading down to the beautiful beach below, home to crystal clear waters and a small dock ready to transport you to a whole new world of wonders🩵
From here we uncovered the lovely Yacht Club restaurant, with stunning views over the sea. We reached this haven by speed boat from the Elounda Peninsula - which is a such a unique (and stylish) way of getting between the properties, allowing a much broader variety of dining venues for guests🥂
I also had the opportunity to see and sample their huge Six Senses Spa at Porto Elounda which was a modernised yet tranquil haven.
Even Theo loved the new rooms around this property as he was shown some little added extras like the TV coming out of the ceiling. Next season they will have the new lobby, which sounds like it is certainly going to have the wow factor!
Lastly, we ate at the amazing Sumosan restaurant, which offered exceptional service, mouthwatering sushi and amazing sea views. After this trip, I am full of firsthand recommendations!🍣

Our days out in Crete...🇬🇷
We love exploring the local area when we`re on holiday, so we hired a car straight from the airport. This is one of our favourite ways to discover hidden gems and have the freedom to explore at our own leisure.
Our first stop was the beautiful village of Plaka, which has stunning views over Spinalonga, boasting some authentic local restaurants and beautiful little boutique shops🧿
Heading back to Daios, we discovered a beautiful local beach called Kolokithia. Despite the little hike to reach it, the views and crystal waters both made it so worth it!
On one of the other days we visited the gorgeous mountain village of Krista, what a beautiful little spot. We ate in a tasty local restaurant where in true Greek style, the owner could have not done enough for us, and the food was delicious🥙
We wondered through the cobbled streets, popping into the local shops whilst enjoying a tasty ice cream (of course!)🍦
To me, this is what the ideal escape is all about. The perfect balance of luxury and exploration.

Do you want a rundown on what makes this luxury hotel nestled along the Cretan coast so special? Then please read on for my personal review from our recent family holiday✨
Daios cove offers stunning views as you enter the property, as well as your balcony which has panoramic views of the sea & mountains surrounding you🌊
A worthy note: due to the the size and unique (yet dazzling) location of the property within a turquoise cove, you do need to get a buggy and/or funicular to be transported around the grounds.
If you have little ones, they have ‘The Worldwide Kids Club’, offering some great activities like the bubble show and various arts and crafts. It’s safe to say they are in worthy and entertaining hands🎨
There are a great selection of bars with a brilliant vibe in the evening - often with a DJ which creates a great atmosphere, especially when on the beach itself.
Lovely fresh food with various restaurants to dine at like ‘The Taverna’ which was one of our favourites, we loved the beach restaurant for lunch and for more refined dining you have the ‘Ocean’ restaurant. Theo particularly liked the vanilla cake for breakfast and our recreation of it at home is certainly not the same!🍰
The pool can get busy in peak season, so I would recommend one of their stunning suites with a pool. That way you will always have an exclusive hideaway to relax in.
Daios Cove is always making changes to enhance their already wonderful property and have got some very exciting plans for the future. I for one, am excited to see what they have in store!🇬🇷
